Plant Operator for 3-Shift Operation 100%
Activities
- Set up and operate fryer including peeling area and sorting
- Document production parameters and quality checks
- Monitor chip quality (visual and sensory)
- Set up and operate the potato washing system
- Clean the plant and production area
- Produce baking samples
- Conduct laboratory analyses according to instructions
Requirements
- Completed vocational training EFZ in the food sector or as a plant operator EFZ
- Several years of experience as a plant operator and technical understanding are advantageous
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Forklift license is an advantage
