The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. The Dreilinden house is a cosy, family-style Appenzell house. It is nestled in a spacious garden directly on the Höhenweg and offers a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the Appenzell hilly landscape. - You accompany our residents with heart, professional competence and appreciation through their everyday life.
- You take on individual care and support and contribute to a high quality of life.
- You enjoy working in a small team where people support each other and can rely on one another.
- You observe changes, act responsibly and actively bring your observations into the team.
- You think along, pitch in and shape the everyday life of our residents with joy and commitment.
Our requirements:
- You have successfully completed your training as a Health Specialist EFZ or have a foreign nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland.
- Ideally, you are familiar with RAI and ePdoc – or are motivated to familiarise yourself with these systems.
- You meet people with heart, empathy and a high sense of responsibility.
- You like to take responsibility and work independently and reliably.
- You communicate confidently in German and appreciate open exchange with residents, relatives and the team.
