Registered Nurse, m/f/d (50-100%)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for individual and resource-oriented home care and palliative care
• You include the social environment and support it with advice and assistance
• You conduct initial assessments and reassessments, make adjustments to the planning and observe changes
• You support the maintenance, promotion and recovery of individual abilities of the clients
• The workload can range between 50 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF / FH
• Ideally, you already have professional experience or theoretical knowledge in wound management, but this can also be acquired
• You also hold a category B driving licence
