• You ensure excellent service in the restaurant verve by sven, in the lobby bar and at the pool bar – always with attention to detail, wow moments, and that extra bit of care.
• Co-responsibility for around 20 employees including trainees: giving constructive feedback, promoting and motivating.
• Supporting the restaurant management in the practical implementation of operational goals and lived quality standards.

• Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy/hotellerie; a completed training in gastronomy is a plus.
• Enjoyment in dealing with international guests as well as a sense for the highest service quality.
• Host mentality with team spirit, passion, and organizational talent; first leadership experience is an advantage.
• Good German and English skills, we are happy about additional languages.
