Your Tasks
- You lead the Marketing and Sales unit with 25 employees
- You act as deputy for corporate development
- You further develop the marketing and sales strategy based on the customer journey
- You are responsible for the product range and tariffs
- You ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and sales processes
- You manage measures to acquire new customers
- You ensure a stronger and coherent market presence
- Based on customer concerns, you contribute to the continuous improvement process
- You represent the company in various industry committees
Your Profile
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and team-oriented personality with
- a higher professional education in marketing and/or sales
- leadership experience
- proven performance in change management
- knowledge of public transport is an advantage
