We offer you a varied training: The first year of apprenticeship is spent in customer service. There you will learn to take orders and handle complaints. In the second year, you will deal with numbers and work in accounting. In the last year, you will on the one hand settle partnership contracts of customers in trade marketing, and on the other hand actively support marketing in various activities.

What you bring with you

• School leaving certificate with level A or B, with good self- and social skills
• Good PC skills
• Good French skills
• Independence, reliability and

accuracy

• Sense of responsibility and service awareness

These are your tasks

• Responsibility for daily mail processing and letter dispatch
• Accepting and registering orders
• Handling complaints
• Posting, booking and

processing invoices

• Settling partnership contracts and

supporting marketing
