- Sichere IT-Kenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse.

The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. The Park House is nestled in the beautiful Heinrichsbad Park and offers a warm home on three residential groups with around 30 residents each. The natural surroundings and our family-like atmosphere make this location a special place to live and work.

Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You accompany our residents with heart, professional competence and a touch of humour in their home and take responsibility for their individual care and support – so that they feel completely comfortable and well cared for with us.
- With your expertise and appreciative manner, you build trust and contribute to professional, needs-oriented care.
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your team with commitment and joy.
- You promote appreciative, interdisciplinary collaboration and help us achieve the best for our residents together.
- You contribute your ideas and actively shape our family-like community.
- You work in early and late shifts until 21:15.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- You bring experience in long-term care and approach elderly people with appreciation, empathy and joy.
- You work confidently with RAI LTCF and apply your expertise purposefully in everyday care.
- You take responsibility, enjoy working in a team and value an appreciative atmosphere.
- You are confident with IT systems and have good oral and written German skills.
