Senior Project Manager: Architecture

Introduction

For an internationally active architectural firm in the field of conceptual architecture,
research and design projects, I am currently looking for suitable
candidates for the following position:
Senior Project Manager: Architecture

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible management of demanding infrastructure projects across all
  project phases
• Ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets in technically demanding
  projects
• Organisation and leadership of meetings and structured documentation of
  projects and decision-making processes
• Close coordination with company management on strategically relevant projects

Profile

• Completed studies in architecture (ETH/TU/FH)
• Several years of professional experience, including several years in a leading project role
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects
• Very good knowledge of Swiss standards, construction processes, and SIA phases
• Confident handling of cost, schedule, and quality management
• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD (2D + 3D)
• Communicative, structured, and resilient personality
• Very good German and English skills
