ICT Systems Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You ensure the smooth operational ICT operations - based on our internal ticketing system

• You procure hardware and ensure its internal distribution

• You support our foreign subsidiaries with ICT matters

• You create and maintain documentation as well as project documents

• You independently plan and lead ICT projects

• You represent ICT in cross-disciplinary projects

• You coordinate external service providers and work closely with them

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in computer science or business informatics (FH/HF)

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally 3-5 years in an SME environment

• Very good knowledge of server and network technologies as well as application support

• Customer-oriented, analytical and solution-focused working style

• Interest in modern system landscapes such as M365, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, PLM-Windchill Linux etc. and willingness to continuously develop yourself
