Your Area of Responsibility
- Co-design and further development of personnel and organisational development within the hospital group
- Design, implementation and evaluation of educational and development programmes in leadership, personnel and team development
- Co-responsibility for the further development of an
attractive training company for students and apprentices - Participation in measures for Occupational
Health Management (OHM) - Further development of HR instruments,
career models as well as talent and succession management - Professional responsibility for the Learning
Management System "easylearn"
Your Competences
- Completed studies in psychology,
business administration or comparable education,
ideally with a focus on personnel/organisational development - Experience in personnel and
organisational development, preferably in healthcare - Practical experience in the training environment with students and apprentices
- Knowledge in the area of Occupational
Health Management (OHM) is a plus - Structured, independent and conceptual way of working
- Enjoyment of interconnected thinking and
collaboration with different stakeholders
