Internship for Business School Students (1 Year)
Do you want to give your professional career the first kick? At Caritas Central Switzerland, we train young people – so that the entry into the profession is successful.
From August 2026, we offer seven internship positions in Lucerne, Emmenbrücke, and Sursee. We are looking forward to inspiring motivated interns who want to complete their internship with us as part of the business school.
As an intern, you will be introduced and accompanied by professionals in the various teams. You will quickly work very independently and support the respective team in the following tasks in addition to general administrative work:
Department Administration Professional Integration (Lucerne / Littau)
- Recording and managing personnel data
- Managing personnel files
- Assisting at the reception of Caritas Central Switzerland
- Processing internal and external mail and emails
- Cash management
Department Product Marketing (Lucerne / Littau)
- Support in implementing marketing measures
- Accompanying sales activities through statistics and evaluations
- Responsibility and distribution for the online shop
- Administration for programs of our participants
- Assisting at the reception of Caritas Central Switzerland
Department Employment Integration Sursee
- Administration for programs of our participants
- Leading and managing attendance control
- Accounting and invoicing
- Reception and telephone support
- Processing internal and external mail and emails
Department Interpreting Service Central Switzerland (Lucerne / Littau)
- Support for clients and interpreters in using the mediation app
- Recording interpreting assignments by phone and email
- Support in course administration for training and further education events
- Co-organization of events and courses
- Support in statistics/reporting
- Assisting at the reception of Caritas Central Switzerland
Department Administration / CultureLegi and Social Integration (Emmenbrücke)
- Administration CultureLegi
- Managing CultureLegi database/files
- Assisting and advising at the reception and telephone
- Administrative support for volunteer projects, in course offerings, and other services
Department Education and Counseling for Job Seekers (Lucerne / Littau)
- General administrative activities in the field of education and counseling for job seekers
- Assistance in application support courses
- Support in organizing and conducting German courses and events - especially in preparing training materials
- Advertising and managing course offerings on external platforms
- Assisting at the reception of Caritas Central Switzerland
