Your Challenge:
The tasks include:- Maintenance and servicing of building services systems
- Deputizing and supporting the group leader
- Co-responsible for deployment & work planning as well as for training and instruction of the building services team members.
- Ensuring technical availability of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, compressed air, and sanitary systems
- Proper documentation of all performed work in the
- maintenance program
- Assistance in setting up and maintaining maintenance plans as well as the MSR system for all building services systems
- Supervision and control of assignments by external companies
- Assistance with new installations and commissioning
Your Profile:
For these interesting and diverse challenges, you bring the following requirements:- Training as a heating, sanitary, or refrigeration technician
- Experience in the field of HVAC systems
- Basic knowledge in the electrical field is an advantage (NIV15)
- Flexibility regarding working hours (rotating on-call service and weekend assignments)
- PC skills desired
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
