Are you service-oriented, have a strong technical understanding and enjoy supporting users with IT questions? Support our team in ensuring smooth IT processes and together find innovative solutions for our customers!
Your area of responsibility includes
- You are the first point of contact for our external and internal customers regarding IT questions and competently support them in first-level support.
- You install, configure and maintain workplace systems, peripheral devices as well as mobile devices and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
- In close cooperation with the IT team, you analyse and resolve faults, document solutions and forward more complex cases if necessary.
- You support the introduction of new hardware and software solutions, conduct training sessions for users and provide advisory support.
- You maintain IT documentation, manage inventory and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
This qualifies you
- Completed training in the field of computer science (e.g. computer scientist EFZ) or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in handling server and workplace infrastructures, networks and security requirements, as well as operating systems and applications (focus on Windows, M365). Experience with all Microsoft applications and Azure is an advantage.
- Initial practical experience in IT support, helpdesk or user helpdesk
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in direct contact with users
- Analytical and structured approach to fault analysis and problem solving
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies and tools and to continuously develop yourself
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills or another national language are an advantage
- Team player, reliability and an independent, solution-oriented working style
