Your tasks
- Physical acceptance of deliveries, checking for completeness/quality, and recording in the ERP system
- Proper shelving, management, and replenishment of stock including control of returns and proper disposal
- Acceptance, sorting, and timely distribution of mail and packages within the building
- Ordering of consumables, reagents, and office supplies according to the specifications of the specialist departments and procurement; ensuring availability at multiple locations
- Preparation and shipping of refrigerated and thermal boxes, creation of shipping documents, labeling, and daily handling of large shipping volumes
- Receiving and processing telephone and email inquiries about orders, delivery status, complaints, and express orders
- Creation and printing of forms, order documents, and shipping envelopes as well as forwarding customer orders to the responsible departments
- On-call duty for the dispatch department in rotation (Mon-Sun)
What you bring
- Completed training in logistics, warehousing, or comparable professional experience
- Experience in internal logistics or warehouse operations (ideally from the medical environment)
- Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS Office suite)
- You have a reliable, structured, and careful working style
- You are a team player, communicative, and service-oriented towards all stakeholders
- You have high resilience and flexibility
