Child Care Specialist EFZ 50% - 60%
Your tasks
- Working days: Thursday and Friday, additional day by arrangement
- Professionally, empathetically, and lovingly promote the individual education of the children
- Accompany the children in everyday life according to our dual education concept «elmar»
- Constructive collaboration with other specialists
- Competent and transparent communication with parents and the public
- Administrative and household tasks
What you bring
- Completed training as a Child Care Specialist EFZ or a recognized foreign diploma in Switzerland
- Professional experience in caring for groups of children aged three months to kindergarten entry is an advantage
- Positive view of people, quality awareness, teamwork, resilience, and independence
- Very good oral and written German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
