Estimator Builder New and/or Renovation (m/f/d)

For our Builder Department, we are looking for a forward-thinking Estimator New and/or Renovation (m/f/d). Your workplace will be our Implenia headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon . In this role, you will work in a motivated team of six people. You can expect extensive digital know-how to cover customer needs regarding BIM/VDC , process simulations, and laser scanning. We also provide you with the latest work equipment.

Your Responsibilities

• As an estimator, you are responsible for independently preparing offers for renovation and/or new projects and providing innovative and economical solutions
• With your extensive technical experience, you can identify project optimizations and create cost estimates and forecasts
• You work on concepts for construction processes, site logistics, and site installations as well as construction programs
• Additionally, you support your superiors in procurement negotiations and in acquiring new contracts

Why You Will Succeed

• Dipl. Construction Manager SBA / Technician TS, Dipl. Technician HF, Dipl. Builder or Civil Engineer FH
• Solid professional experience in estimating renovation projects
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willing to take on responsibility
• Critical and solution-oriented mindset
• Initiative, teamwork ability, and flair for creative results
