Your main tasks are:
- Leading and conducting research projects
Example topics:
Agentic AI in end-to-end processes (e.g., with Agentic Process Automation)
Hyperautomation / automation with low-code/no-code technologies and agentic coding
- Acquisition of third-party funding (Innosuisse, EU, SNF, etc.) and development/expansion of research collaborations with industry and academia.
- Publication and dissemination of research results in international journals and conferences.
- Teaching in bachelor’s and master’s programs with a focus on process digitization (e.g., module management of Business Process Integration in the BSc Business Informatics).
- Co-design of continuing education (e.g., management of MAS Business Engineering, teaching individual contents in CAS Process Digitization).
- PhD in Business Informatics, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Proven research experience and scientific publication activity.
- Experience in the conception, acquisition, and management of third-party funded projects.
- Methodological-didactic qualification and experience in teaching and continuing education.
- Solid conceptual and technical understanding in at least one of the following areas:
Artificial intelligence with a focus on Agentic AI, LLM agents, etc.
Process digitization/automation using, for example, low-code or full-code development
