Construction Cost Planner / Quantity Surveyor, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You calculate the costs as well as the economic efficiency of complex construction projects and check tender documents as well as technical specifications
• In doing so, you create, edit and maintain specifications
• You are also responsible for cost determination and cost management
• You prepare cost calculations as well as construction descriptions and identify cost-critical issues early
• In addition, you carry out quantity surveys and quantity controls
• You prepare estimates and evaluate offers
• Close cooperation with architects, planners and site managers also belongs to your demanding area of responsibility
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect or site manager / construction technician, architectural draughtsperson and/or have further training in construction trades
• Ideally, you can also demonstrate professional experience as a construction cost planner / quantity surveyor
• An economical way of thinking and working is also an important prerequisite
