Your tasks with us
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- You are responsible for conducting risk analyses including deriving, prioritising and tracking appropriate measures
- You are responsible for defining, maintaining and further developing security policies, standards and processes
- You support the VP IT in further developing the security strategy and managing cyber risks
- You are responsible for analysing and implementing applicable areas of the ISO-27001 standard
- You take on the definition and implementation of DLP policies & tools to protect sensitive data
Security Operations & Incident Response
- You have the professional responsibility for the external SOC
- You manage, prioritise and track security tickets opened by the SOC
- You create analyses of security alerts (EDR & SIEM), automation of processes using SOAR playbooks
- You investigate and coordinate security incidents together with the SOC, including support in incident response cases
Awareness, BCP & Reporting
- You plan and manage awareness and sensitisation measures for employees
- You actively introduce and ensure BCP/DRP in IT and specialist departments
- You help build pragmatic security monitoring including reporting on risks and measures
Your profile
- You have completed training or studies in computer science, IT security or a comparable field (HF/FH/Uni)
- You have several years of practical experience in IT / information security
- You have knowledge of common security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, ...)
- You have experience with audits, risk analyses and regulatory / compliance requirements
- You can communicate complex security matters clearly and appropriately for the audience
- You have very good German and good English skills
