Your tasks

• Further development and building of our NEX-AI products (Voice-Agent, Chat-Agent, Phone-Agent, and others) – end-to-end from prompt design through tool-calling and LLM workflows to productive deployment
• Implementation of concrete AI use cases in Swiss SMEs – internally at Nexus companies and externally – including automations, AI agents, document recognition, and workflow integrations
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech and specialist teams for clean integrations into existing processes and system landscapes

What you bring

• Ongoing or completed master's degree in computer science, data science, or comparable field
• High fluency in daily use of modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, LLM agents, MCP server) – you use them effectively in everyday work
• Solid programming skills and experience in setting up and operating productive software projects
• Experience with modern web and cloud technologies (e.g., TypeScript, React/Next.js, Supabase, Vercel) or a comparable stack
• Sensitivity to security, secrets hygiene, and data protection
• Independent, pragmatic working style – from analysis to productive solution
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English
• Advantageous: contact points with voice AI, chatbots, LLM applications, or workflow engines (e.g., n8n)
