About the job
How to design a complete recovery without placing nutrition at the heart of care? Food is much more than a need: it is a major therapeutic lever for convalescence and the lasting well-being of patients.
For one of our health partners, we are looking for a nutrition specialist working part-time alongside another activity, capable of bringing their clinical insight and rigour within a multidisciplinary team. Joining this human-sized establishment means choosing:
A recognised expert role, where your advice and nutritional plans directly influence patients' quality of life and recovery.
The possibility to adjust your commitment through flexible contractual options, ideal for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
A collaborative and stable working environment that prioritises quality individual follow-up rather than pace.
A daily and enriching synergy with medical, nursing, and hospitality teams.
A caring environment that values your autonomy and encourages your professional initiatives.
On behalf of our partner, your daily responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough nutritional assessments to design care strategies tailored to the specifics of each pathology.
Creating individualised dietary programmes ensuring the right balance between clinical requirements and the pleasure of eating.
Supporting and raising awareness among patients and their relatives to facilitate the adoption of good habits upon returning home.
Ensuring smooth liaison with the catering department to guarantee compliance of meals and specific diets.
Sharing your expertise during interdisciplinary conferences to best coordinate the overall care pathway.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role with our partner, the sought-after skills are:
A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or an equivalent qualification.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to educate diverse audiences.
Strong autonomy in your practice, coupled with a keen sense of collaboration and teamwork.
Applications with an EU or EFTA diploma are welcome, subject to recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) obtained or in the process of validation.
If you wish to fully express your expertise in a healthy and respectful professional environment, we invite you to submit your application by clicking directly on the online application button. To simplify your process, please note that no cover letter will be requested.
