Would you like to gain valuable experience and take on responsibility within the framework of a fixed-term employment as maternity cover (expected 6 months, 60–100% workload)? Do you enjoy working with people and take pleasure in handling demanding tasks within the scope of professional services in an international environment? As an Executive Assistant and trusted person for our member of the Group Executive Board, Chief Risk Officer (CRO), you will work closely as a competent hub with internal and external interface partners globally.
These are your tasks
- Administrative and organisational support of the CRO in day-to-day business, such as internal communication, annual planning, completion of reports,
- Design of presentation materials and writing of meeting minutes
- Management of the agenda and Outlook calendar, appointment coordination and planning
- Organisation and possible on-site support of offsite meetings, events and workshops for and with employees, internal and external bilateral meetings of the CRO, as well as meetings of the CRO Leadership Team
- Provision and coordination of documents and agendas for various meetings, including for the CRO Leadership Team, Executive Board, Board of Directors meetings, external meetings with domestic and foreign partners and regulators
- Travel planning and organisation
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with many years of professional experience in a similar position
- International experience in a matrix organisation is an advantage
- Very good communication skills and manners as well as discretion and confidentiality
- Independent working style, appropriate appearance, high reliability as well as very good organisational skills and pronounced service orientation
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
