Your tasks

• Industrialization and series transfer of new products representing the production requirements

• Subproject management and representation of production in new development projects

• Support and coordination of series changeovers as well as participation in the implementation of product changes in the plant

• Assembly planning and support during setup, commissioning and validation of prototypes

• Analysis of production processes and derivation of improvement measures to increase quality and stability

• Technical support of production and moderation of technical coordination between development, purchasing and quality

• Participation in projects in the production-related environment

What we are looking for

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering / mechatronics / electrical engineering (HF or FH) or comparable training with further education

• Enthusiasm for technical systems, production facilities and laser products

• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams

• Strong communication skills even with differing interests

• Good networked thinking, quick comprehension and openness to new things

• Organizational skills as well as independent and reliable working style

• Communication and assertiveness

• Good cross-departmental collaboration (team player)

• Good Office skills, SAP is an advantage

• Confident German in spoken and written form (at least C2 level)

• Very good English skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level)
