Your tasks
Industrialization and series transfer of new products representing the production requirements
Subproject management and representation of production in new development projects
Support and coordination of series changeovers as well as participation in the implementation of product changes in the plant
Assembly planning and support during setup, commissioning and validation of prototypes
Analysis of production processes and derivation of improvement measures to increase quality and stability
Technical support of production and moderation of technical coordination between development, purchasing and quality
Participation in projects in the production-related environment
What we are looking for
Completed studies in mechanical engineering / mechatronics / electrical engineering (HF or FH) or comparable training with further education
Enthusiasm for technical systems, production facilities and laser products
Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
Strong communication skills even with differing interests
Good networked thinking, quick comprehension and openness to new things
Organizational skills as well as independent and reliable working style
Communication and assertiveness
Good cross-departmental collaboration (team player)
Good Office skills, SAP is an advantage
Confident German in spoken and written form (at least C2 level)
Very good English skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level)
