Our Mortgage Focus Team is very successful in acquiring and developing potential clients. As a Middle Office Customer Advisor, you support and advise mortgage customer advisors on simple to more complex property financing. In doing so, you act as a sparring partner.
Your Tasks
- Preparing and checking property financing for mortgage customer advisors, including customer-, professional- and deadline-compliant processing in accordance with our quality standards
- Advising and supporting in professional and administrative matters
- Interface to internal partners, especially in the area of financing processing
- Contacts with authorities and external banks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training, preferably in the banking sector, as well as further higher education (professional certificate, HF, FH or similar) or currently pursuing one
- Several years of experience and passion for the property financing sector
- High service orientation
- Communication at eye level and team spirit
