For our young company specialising in public administrations and hospitals, we are looking for motivated colleagues who enjoy supporting us in further developing the company, project work, and developing solutions for our demanding clients.
- Our highly qualified consulting team has various educational and experiential specialisations. In projects, we work together with business economists, lawyers, natural scientists, business and medical informaticians, as well as computer engineers.
- Together with our research and business partners, we develop solutions in interdisciplinary expert teams from practice and research that demonstrably add value for our clients.
- We carry out our projects using proven methods, as agile as sensible.
- You bring a high willingness to travel within Switzerland and appreciate working on-site with our clients or in the Indema office, as well as direct exchange, which is why we do not work from home.
- We expect you to have good knowledge of project work, project management, as well as current technologies and trends in IT.
- We offer development opportunities both in projects, through further training, and by working in teams. Our offices with state-of-the-art infrastructure are located directly at Zurich main station.

Tasks
To strengthen our team, we are continuously seeking committed and experienced consultants who work as IT consultants in analysis and conception, solution development, project management, and change management. Our consulting focus is on developing innovative IT and digitalisation solutions as well as process and organisational development.- Our highly qualified consulting team has various educational and experiential specialisations. In projects, we work together with business economists, lawyers, natural scientists, business and medical informaticians, as well as computer engineers.
- Together with our research and business partners, we develop solutions in interdisciplinary expert teams from practice and research that demonstrably add value for our clients.
- We carry out our projects using proven methods, as agile as sensible.
Profile
- You have a completed degree and can look back on at least 2 years of external consulting experience – ideally in healthcare or public administrations.- You bring a high willingness to travel within Switzerland and appreciate working on-site with our clients or in the Indema office, as well as direct exchange, which is why we do not work from home.
- We expect you to have good knowledge of project work, project management, as well as current technologies and trends in IT.
