Are you passionate about leading, have a good instinct for sales, and love interacting with people? Then take on a key role with us: As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop the sales of our six BÖHLI branches in Appenzell, Gais, Speicher, and Teufen.

We are looking for a Sales Manager starting in September or by arrangement.

• You lead, support, and develop our branch managers and sales teams.
• You form an important interface between branches, production, marketing, and management.
• You ensure a warm, competent, and consistent customer service.
• You develop measures to increase sales and analyse target achievement.
• You optimise processes, ordering systems, product availability, and presentation.
• You promote the sales and advisory skills of employees.
• You create the digital work and holiday planning for our branches.
• You take on administrative tasks and support the daily office, for example with ordering as well as emails and phone calls.

• Several years of experience in sales, retail, or a similar role
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in motivating and developing employees
• Strong sales and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and good numerical understanding
• Organisational talent, resilience, and an independent working style
• Enjoyment of high-quality food and the bakery and confectionery craft
• Willingness to regularly work in our branches
