What to expect:

• Innovation Program Lead and Co-Creation for the two largest ISS accounts
• Active best-practice exchange with the international ISS network and cooperation with peers in other ISS country companies
• You lead product development projects from idea to scaling and ensure needs-oriented, forward-looking solutions for our customers
• You actively shape the further development of the Innovation Hub (innovation radar, formats, community)
• Active dialogue – in collaboration with senior management – with strategic key accounts
• Innovation and best-practice transfer within selected key account customers
• You identify new opportunities, assess potentials, and realize them together with suppliers, customers, start-ups, universities, and partners

What you bring

• University degree or higher education in facility management or higher education in the technical field (FH/MAS/NDS), innovation management, or equivalent education
• You have over 10 years of experience in leading and implementing innovation projects – ideally in the prop-tech segment, telecommunications, or smart buildings
• Curiosity, a sense for tangible and operational solutions, and good communication skills
• You think outside the box, question the status quo, and recognize opportunities that others overlook
• You are already well connected with peers in innovation management
