Activities
- Independently develop and plan plumbing concepts
- Manage new build and refurbishment projects of medium size in all planning phases
- Prepare detailed drawings according to project management instructions
- Independently calculate projects of medium complexity
- Prepare tender documents and quotations
Requirements
- Completed training as a building services planner specialising in plumbing
- Confident use of CAD programmes, preferably Plancal Nova
- Experience in project organisation is an advantage
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills
- Team-oriented working style with a focus on quality standards
