Portrait of the School/Institution
The Mösli School is one of four semi-autonomous neighbourhood schools in Ostermundigen. At our school, around 80 teachers educate approximately 550 children from kindergarten to the 9th school year. (7 kindergartens, 12 classes from 1st to 6th school year, 9 lower secondary classes). The Mösli School is led pedagogically and administratively by its own school management and has a school social worker and an after-school care facility on site.

Tasks
You will teach as a teacher in one of our 4th grade classes. The workload includes 10 lessons in the following subjects: German, NMG (Nature, Man, Society), PE, optionally also Music, and can be supplemented by 4 lessons of team teaching in the same class.
Requirements
You have completed training as a primary school teacher or are currently in training. You are a conscientious, communicative, and resilient individual interested in working with children and parents from multicultural backgrounds. Additionally, you enjoy close collaboration within the class team, with the special needs teacher, and among colleagues.

We offer an initiative and well-functioning team, an exciting field of work, and close, supportive collaboration within the class team. This is a fixed-term position as a temporary replacement from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026.
Expected teaching days: Monday, Thursday, and Friday
