Speech Therapist (14-28 Lessons)
The St. Josef Foundation is an important organization with a social mission in the canton of Aargau. Its core tasks include the special education school, living and working opportunities for people with disabilities, as well as a diverse therapeutic offering.
At the HPS Bremgarten, children and adolescents with cognitive impairments and social difficulties are taught at all school levels.
- Conducting individual therapy with students with intellectual disabilities
- Conducting eating therapies and guiding caregivers
- Close collaboration with teachers, social educators of the residential group, therapists, parents, and other caregivers of the children in an advisory role
- Preparing assessment and final reports for internal and external agencies
- Cooperation with providers of electronic communication devices
- EDK-recognized training as a speech therapist
- Experience in working with impaired children is desirable
- Interest in assisted communication (AAC), including electronic
