As part of the opening of our new Fine Watch and Jewelry space within the upcoming CHANEL Boutique in Zurich, we are building a passionate team that embodies the spirit of the House. We are looking for a High Jewelry Sales Advisor who will personify the CHANEL spirit and provide each client with a personalized, warm, and memorable experience.

Welcome, accompany, and inspire each client along a unique journey, delivering service excellence and creating exceptional moments within the Boutique.
Advise with High Jewelry and High Watchmaking expertise, sharing your in-depth knowledge of gemology, High Jewelry artistry and CHANEL’s heritage. Offering insightful, bespoke recommendations for special occasions and unique personal moments.
Convey the audacity, style, and dream of CHANEL through your storytelling skills and your deep knowledge of the House, its heritage, and its exceptional craftsmanship.
Build loyalty and develop a discerning clientele by providing attentive service, confidential follow-up and extending the CHANEL experience beyond the boutique, including private appointments and exclusive events.
Drive Commercial Excellence, achieve and exceed sales goals by leveraging your network, expertise, and passion for High Jewelry, seizing every opportunity to grow the boutique reputation and the performance of all our collections.
Ensure operational excellence by participating in client transactions, after-sales service, stock management and maintaining the impeccable appearance of the boutique.
Share and help grow the team, passing on your expertise and best practices to colleagues by demonstrating exemplary conduct in all circumstances.

Your profile:
At least 5 to 7 years of successful sales experience, in High Jewelry/ Watchmaking universe
Advanced expertise in gemology and a strong awareness of the competitive landscape
Outstanding interpersonal skills and keen situational intelligence
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong taste for challenge
A service-oriented approach, unwavering commitment to excellence and the highest standards
A proven ability to develop a client portfolio
Fluent in German and English; any additional language is a plus
