Your duties - mise en place and preparation of à la carte menu. Compliance with hygiene regulations. Keep work areas clean and up to standards. Inventory control and orders.
Requirements - More than 7 years of professional experience. Very flexible and adaptable. Nature-loving person and willing to work in the Swiss Alps. You speak English. German is always a plus.
