The Regional Employment Centre (RAV) is the contact point for employees and employers. On the one hand, it offers personal advice and support in job placement and, on the other hand, supports the application and implementation of suitable reintegration measures.

We are looking for a

Commercial Clerk RAV 50 %

for the Unemployment Insurance Secretariat at the RAV, starting immediately or by arrangement, with the workplace in Glarus.

Tasks

• Ensuring a service-oriented and competent customer service in the secretariat personally, by telephone or by e-mail
• Responsibility for the prompt registration of job seekers
• Arranging consultation appointments and sending invitations
• Data entry in the system and forwarding relevant documents
• Processing daily incoming and outgoing mail
• Ensuring quality-assured processing of incoming documents from the AVIG implementation as well as managing the Scan-Centre archive
• Mutual holiday cover

Requirements

• Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or advisory roles
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Proficient IT user knowledge of MS Office
• Careful, structured and pragmatic working style
• High social competence and good manners
