The Caviezel Giovanettoni AG is a specialized service company in the trade and distribution of fresh and frozen products, strongly anchored in Eastern Switzerland. We organize the fine distribution to our customers from the gastronomy sector (hotels, restaurants, hospitals, homes, canteens, caterers, etc.) daily with high reliability and at a high level.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement you as

Sales Clerk Internal Sales

• Telephone advice and personal support of our gastronomy and retail customers
• Recording daily customer orders in the ERP system, which reach us by phone, email, or online shop
• General administrative tasks and correspondence, managing the reception
• Sales processing and handling
• Ensuring internal and external information flow

• A completed education in the food sector / gastronomy (cook, baker, service, retail, etc.) or commercial training
• You are a friendly, customer-oriented, and communicative personality
• Enthusiasm for food and daily customer contact
• Enjoyment of flexible work planning (Monday – Sunday)
• Good user knowledge of MS Office products
• Flexible, independent, and structured way of working
• Willingness to work in a three-shift operation (early shift from 4:30 a.m., late shift until 5:30 p.m., as well as approximately every 2 weeks on a Saturday until 12:00 p.m. and approximately every 5 weeks all day on a Sunday)
