What you can achieve
- Leadership of the entire division with direct reporting to the CEO, but without membership in the executive management
- Assuming the role in Key Account Management Defence
- Primary contact for general concerns of the main client Army/Armasuisse and ensuring internal coordination within RUAG
- Coordination of SLA negotiations with Armasuisse
- Participation in working groups and representation of RUAG towards customers and external partners
- Support of the "International Relations & Sales Governance" division
What you bring with you
- Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or comparable functions in the defence environment
- Completed studies (university/FH) in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
- Good knowledge of the Army/Armasuisse areas
- Officer role in the Swiss Army is a great advantage
- Affinity for coordinative tasks
- Winning manner and negotiation skills
- Very good language skills in German, French and English
