•  Proven experience in management and team leadership.
•  Very good understanding of hospital governance, quality & safety of care, and budget management.
•  Recognized higher education in the field of security (CAS in health/hospital management, DAS/MAS health management, MBA with health specialization, etc.)
•  Federal certificate in occupational safety and health protection (H+) or able to obtain it
•  Perfect command of French (spoken and written); German and/or English are a plus.
•  Ability to adapt and learn quickly
•  Ideal age: from 30 years old.
•  Ability to follow and succeed in internal management training (IAC1-2).
