Your tasks

• Independent execution of varied assignments in garden maintenance and renovations directly at the customer’s site
• Professional implementation of the work according to specifications and offers after thorough instruction at the site
• Formation of a well-coordinated work team together with a trainee in their second year of training
• Responsible care, promotion, and support of the trainee in daily work
• Close cooperation and exchange with the responsible contact person in case of questions or uncertainties

Your skills

• Successfully completed vocational training in horticulture (EFZ); with appropriate aptitude and experience, an EBA qualification is also warmly welcomed
• Mandatory driving licence category B; ideally, you also hold category BE (trailer)
• Ability to implement assigned projects completely independently, precisely, and with quality awareness after introduction
• Enjoyment of teamwork as well as a high degree of empathy and skill in dealing with trainees
• Reliable, customer-oriented, and physically resilient personality
