For our protected unit for people with dementia, we are looking for a committed, empathetic and strong leadership personality who, together with their team, ensures professional and at the same time warm care for our residents.
The Lichthof is a private residential and care centre with 52 beds and an external living group (garden apartment) with 11 beds. With us, all the conditions for a worry-free life are given. We offer long-term care; people with dementia or other psychogeriatric impairments also feel safe and secure with us.
At the Residential and Care Centre Stiftung Lichthof in Uster, people with their individual needs, personality and life story are at the centre.
Your tasks are:
- the organisation and management of the nursing ward with 25 beds
- appropriate personnel deployment planning
- a varied field of activity and work characterised by interdisciplinary collaboration
- leading your employees and supporting them
actively involved in bedside care
- resource- and goal-oriented care and support of elderly people
- planning, control and evaluation of the care process
- responsibility for careful and complete maintenance of nursing documentation
- advice and support for relatives
- interdisciplinary collaboration

- someone who enjoys working with people and brings expertise
- ideally leadership experience and a completed leadership training or willingness to complete it. (this is what the Head of Nursing wishes)
