Abacus Consultant in Support (a) in Bern
Workload: 80 – 100%
Start: immediately or by arrangement
Are you passionate about excellent and solution-oriented customer support? Do you care about a professional appearance and qualified support for our customers as much as we do? Then bring your commitment and competence to our support team!
In this exciting role, you will answer the diverse and complex user questions about Abacus from our customers by phone. The goal is that you can solve most of the inquiries yourself immediately. This requires comprehensive expertise, which we will teach you through a structured onboarding process!
YOUR FUTURE TASKS
- Ensuring 1st and 2nd level support while adhering to the agreed response times according to SLA
- Independent analysis, processing, and documentation of support requests
- Qualified handover of complex cases to the responsible teams for 3rd level support
- Processing and follow-up of open tickets and ensuring sustainable solutions
- Technical support for other teams as well as active knowledge transfer within the support team
- Active knowledge transfer within the support team to ensure excellent service together
YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:
- You have completed a commercial or technical education – ideally complemented by a business-oriented degree (completed or in training).
- You work in a structured manner, like to take responsibility, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You communicate clearly, stand by your decisions, and advocate for respectful, fair, and transparent interaction.
- You are team-oriented, committed, and seek sustainable solutions together with colleagues and customers.
- Customer orientation, appreciation, and reliability are a matter of course for you.
- You are interested in modern business software solutions and enjoy digital tools – experience with Abacus or other ERP systems is a plus.
- You want to develop professionally and personally and are open to change.
