Preparation:

• Start with a large portion of passion for cooking and a deep understanding of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Add a generous amount of experience, preferably in fine dining, and incorporate organisational talent and a sense of responsibility.
• Refine the flavour with a large portion of teamwork skills and season the whole with empathy, natural friendliness, and good humour.
• Add a sense of creativity and innovation and shape everything into a solid mass.
