Client Relationship Officer - External Asset Managers

Your Team

Pictet Asset Services (PAS) offers custodian banking services, fund-related services as well as trading solutions to independent managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We internally master every dimension of asset servicing and design tailor-made solutions, such as value-added analytical tools, support for trading strategy development and user interfaces, to provide an unparalleled client experience.

Your Role

-    Be the main contact for a portfolio of independent managers (IM).
-    Provide support and resolve issues for all operational and administrative topics.
-    Participate in the administrative process of establishing IM relationships and their client accounts, in collaboration with relationship managers (CRM).
-    Process payment and transfer operations, ensuring that verification calls (call-backs) are systematically made, and provide support for other types of transactions as needed.
-    Handle requests (internal client codifications, credit cards, credit limits, special conditions, etc.) and enter data into the corresponding workflows.
-    Manage document flow (archiving, processing of physical and electronic forms).
-    Know the main internal partners well, establish close relationships with them and be their reference contact for the portfolio.
-    Ensure telephone call coverage within the team and provide support for administrative tasks.
-    Apply current policies and guidelines and support the implementation of new rules.

Your Profile

-    Banking education or deemed equivalent.
-    5 years of experience in supporting IMs.
-    Excellent cross-functional knowledge of operational flows. 
-    Customer service orientation.
-    Strong team spirit.
-    Ability to communicate with great ease.
-    Developed sense of responsibility, stress resistance and ability to manage delicate situations.
-    Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
-    Very good knowledge of common IT tools MS Office/Avaloq.
-    Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken. 
-    Residence in Switzerland required.
