Your area of responsibility
- Management of optimization projects, especially in tool optimization, with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
- Technical support and further development of suppliers in the field of tools
- Design of machining tools
- Technical support of production in tool-related questions
- Procurement of tools in production (tool management)
- Piloting and evaluation of new tool and production technologies by creating engineering studies and feasibility analyses
- Responsible for creating NC and CNC programs for the milling area
- Contact person for employees and the core team for technical questions
Your qualifications
- Technical vocational training (precision mechanic or toolmaker / polymechanic) with a professional certificate
- 2–5 years of professional experience in machining; experience in medical technology is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in CAD, preferably with Inventor Professional
- Experience in CAM, preferably with Mastercam and Hypermill
