Job description
As a cleaning sector employee, you contribute daily to the comfort and well-being of residents and all users by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, common areas, premises, and furniture, in compliance with current hygiene and safety protocols.
In collaboration with the hotel team, you prepare and serve breakfasts on the floors, ensuring a pleasant and friendly moment for the residents.
You actively participate in welcoming and integrating new residents, maintain quality relationships with their relatives, and attentively and kindly anticipate their needs.
You intervene discreetly and carefully, ensuring the integrity of property, furniture, and personal belongings.
You are involved in carrying out each resident's life project by creating a clean, pleasant, and safe environment.
You respond efficiently to any urgent or unexpected cleaning needs.
Profile sought
• You must have 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance and cleaning.
• Initial training in housekeeping is a plus.
• You have a true customer orientation and know how to create a positive atmosphere through your smile and sense of service.
• You care about improving the quality of life of elderly people and contributing to their comfort.
• You have a good knowledge of current hygiene and safety standards.
• You demonstrate dynamism, are meticulous, and pay attention to detail.
• You master the use of cleaning and maintenance machines and equipment.
• You know how to be discreet in all circumstances.
• You master French (minimum B2 level).
• You are organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize your tasks effectively.
