What to expect

• Lead complex transformation programmes in the areas of Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Excellence and Performance Improvement.
• Develop sustainable target images, strategies and implementation programmes together with clients* to increase efficiency, productivity and competitiveness.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and communicate on equal terms with management and C-level at the client to position yourself as a trusted sparring partner* for strategic decisions.
• Unlock the full potential of AI and Data Analytics to design intelligent, data-driven products and services and lead our clients into the next technological era.

What you bring

Passion for the digital transformation of organisations and processes, with a realistic view and holistic thinking about organisation, processes, tools & people, and also:

• Several years of consulting experience: At least 5 years in a leading strategy, operations or management consultancy or in a comparable leadership role in industry, including at least two years in a comparable role in Switzerland.
• Solid know-how in Operational Excellence (e.g. Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Factory Planning, Smart Factory)
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a strong results orientation, initiative, willingness to shape as well as curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Confident handling of management and C-level contacts at the client – from stakeholder management to convincing presentation of results and recommendations (English/German C1 - additional languages desirable).
• Excellent teamwork, social skills, strong listening and communication abilities as well as the desire to continuously develop yourself and others.
• An above-average Master’s degree with a technical or business focus.
• Know-how in MBSE, AI applications or similar (if not yet: we offer in-house!)
