Medical Co-Head of Department 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Professional and personnel co-head of department together with a specialist psychologist of the interdisciplinary outpatient clinic Wolhusen
• Conducting and evaluating integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments of individuals, couples, and families across the entire age spectrum and the full range of psychiatric disorders
• Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
• Monitoring of departmental goals
• Participation in on-call service (medical)
• Collaboration and coordination of consultation activities at LUKS Wolhusen
• Networking and exchange with external referrers and specialist agencies
• Conducting expert reports on various issues if interested

• Specialist in psychiatry or close to completion
• Organizational talent, ideally with leadership experience
• Strong team orientation and desire to actively engage with your own leadership role
• Enjoyment of responsibility and development of your own area
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
