About us

Voser Rechtsanwälte is a leading law and notary office in the heart of Baden. We are

divided into five specialist areas and our dedicated team offers comprehensive legal advice

and notarial services.

Your tasks

• Drafting contracts and documents in the notary area (land register and

commercial register matters, marriage and inheritance contracts)

• Telephone and personal contact with clients and authorities
• General secretarial tasks
• Optional: Accompanying trainees and tasks in the field of vocational training

Your profile

You have experience in notarial matters (property, corporate and inheritance law) – ideally

due to completed notary training or professional experience as a notary assistant. Also

motivated career changers who want to acquire the necessary expertise in everyday work

are warmly welcome.

You enjoy working independently with your own file responsibility. You have a quick grasp, confident German, polished manners as well as a friendly and professional appearance. Very good MS Office skills are required. Teamwork is a matter of course for you, as is close and trusting cooperation with superiors. If you are also resilient and can set priorities correctly in a dynamic environment, you fit perfectly with us. Returnees are also welcome.
