About the job
Your new role
As a member of the Support team, you will assist the employees of the Building Department. You will actively work within the small assistant team and ensure the smooth running of all administrative and organisational matters for the entire Building Department.
This position is for you if
- You have commercial training and professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility.
- You consider yourself a service provider and organisational talent and work conscientiously, in a structured and independent manner.
- You enjoy coordinating and organising appointments.
- You are proficient in written and oral communication and have very good user knowledge of MS Office.
