Mürren Tourism and the Alpine Sports Centre Mürren are the most important tourist institutions in Mürren. Together with Jungfrau Region Tourism AG, we are looking for a versatile personality for the upcoming winter season as
Your Tasks
As the responsible resort manager of Mürren Tourism and managing director of the Alpine Sports Centre Mürren with spa, you are the contact person for all tourist matters in Mürren:
- You manage the information centre and the operation of the sports centre
- You develop the Mürren brand in collaboration with the Jungfrau Region
- You coordinate local events, offers and utilisation of the facilities
- You are responsible for the tourist tax accounting and the operating accounts of Mürren Tourism and the sports centre
- You lead and motivate a team of 6 to 12 employees (depending on the season)
Your Qualities
- Enthusiasm for the Mürren holiday region
- Passion for open communication with guests and all local partners
- Commercial training, further education in tourism/marketing (tourism vocational school) and professional experience, language skills at least in English and French
- Interest in the technical concerns of local infrastructure
- Innovation and integration skills, flexibility and networked thinking
- Communication skills and resilience
- You enjoy coaching, work enthusiastically in a team and gladly take on responsibility
