Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented sales assistant to join our team at our San Antonino branch in Saint Anthony of the Nile, Switzerland. This is a 40% part-time position offering an excellent opportunity to promote sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be motivated to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Identify, locate, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers - Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers - Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs - Monitor sales activities, pipeline status, and performance indicators using CRM systems - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support - Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity - Achieve and exceed assigned sales and performance targets - Represent the organization professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus) - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Proven ability to establish and maintain customer relationships - Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team - Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence - Experience in territory management (preferred) - Familiarity with the Swiss market or multilingual skills (preferred) - Ability to perform well in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment
