- Independent execution of metallographic examinations
- Preparation of polished samples and capturing light microscopic images
- Performing hardness measurements
- Creating test reports and documentation
- Assisting with damage analyses as well as production-accompanying tests - a diverse and exciting field of tasks From you we expect
- Completed training as a materials or physics laboratory technician, metallographer or
- At least 10 years of professional experience in metallography
- Profound knowledge of metallic structures and microstructure preparation techniques
- Very good German skills, English is an advantage
- High quality awareness and enjoyment in working with laboratory equipment
